Course Objective
Course Objective: Course Objective: To teach participants the correct training methods and proper use for company specific purchased AED units (Zoll, Philips, Life Pak) in the event that they would need to deploy an AED unit in a medical emergency in their workplace.
- Duration: New Certification – 4 Hours
- Recertification – 2 hours, yearly
AED Certification is a 4 hour training course. This course can be offered in conjunction with any other program such as WHMIS, Fire Extinguisher training or can be taught as a stand alone training course. Each employee leaves confident in the knowledge that they are now prepared to assist in a medical emergency using the company AED unit.
